State Exam Requirements: 1 Exam - RHS through DANB.
Minimum Age: No minimum.
Radiography: RHS Exam - See Notes.
Credentials on Completion: “Certificate of Completion”; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Certified through the American Heart Association.
Background Check Guidance: The radiology license application asks:
